Delivery & shipping information:<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Great Greenland, we pack your order within 24 hours on weekdays. We ship packages every weekday, and delivery time depends on the destination.
\nAll items are in stock! (unless otherwise clearly stated) \u2013 therefore, delivery time will be fast. All orders are sent from our own warehouse located in Denmark.<\/p>\n

\nGreenland: 2\u20137 working days (depending on destination)
\nInternational: Varies depending on country

\nWe ship with GLS, and you can choose between parcel shop or private delivery at checkout.
\nGreenland:<\/strong>
\nShipment is via PostNord and Tusass by air.
\nInternational:<\/strong>
\nWe send international post daily with PostNord. Delivery time depends on the destination country.<\/p>\n

All orders are sent from our warehouse in Denmark.
\nAll shipments include track & trace – received via e-mail.
\nFree shipping is offered during campaigns\/purchases over a certain amount.
\nNB: It is your responsibility that the e-mail and phone number on the order are correct for successful delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prices on the webshop:<\/strong>
\nAll prices are in Euro, Danish Kroner or other selected currency. The price stated at the time of ordering\/purchase is the valid order price. Collection items are invoiced at the current price at the time of ordering, and prices are NOT changed due to either price drops or increases. Price guarantee is not given in relation to campaigns or external retailers. We reserve the right to: currency changes, force majeure, delivery failure, duty changes, sold-out items and printing errors.<\/p>\n

To be given as a GIFT:<\/strong>
\nIf the order is to be given as a gift on a specific date – simply write the date of the gift exchange in the comment field on the order, and the 14-day right of return will only start from then.<\/p>\n

Returns & exchanges
\n<\/strong>We offer a 14-day full right of return and unlimited exchange, as long as the item is unused and can be documented as purchased from Great Greenland.<\/p>\n

Exchange<\/strong>
\nIf you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size, colour or model), send it to:<\/p>\n

Include the order number\/invoice number and a description of what you wish to exchange it for.
\nOnce we receive the item, we will send the desired item back to you. Please be aware of any price difference.

\nThere is no time limit for exchanges, as long as the item is unused.
\nNB: We do not pick up return or exchange packages at parcel shops!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Returns
\n<\/strong>If you wish to return an item – no problem.
\nSend the item to the address above. Only send with PostNord, GLS or Tusass. We do not accept DAO shipments, as they often deliver outside opening hours.
\nInclude the order number and a clear message “RETURN”.
\nRefunds are always made only to the original payment method used when placing the order.
\nReturn shipping is always paid by the customer. We do not offer return labels – purchase return postage easily via gls.dk or postnord.dk
\nNB: We do not pick up return or exchange packages at parcel shops!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong>

Complaints
\n<\/strong>You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with applicable law.
\nComplaints cover manufacturing defects and deficiencies. It does not cover damage caused by:
\nIncorrect use
\nWear and tear
\nAccident or misuse
\nModifications<\/p>\n

For approved complaints, the item will be repaired free of charge or replaced after assessment.<\/p>\n

How to complain:
\n<\/strong>Contact us as soon as possible when the error is discovered. Please describe the problem as detailed as possible for faster processing.
\nDo not return complaint items without agreement. If no error is found, the item will be returned to the customer.<\/p>\n
