CALY, Seal Skin Boot, Natural Harp Seal – NEW
“Caly” seal skin boot, made from beautiful natural harp seal from Greenland. A completely simple and classic boot model, which is incredibly visually beautiful and flattering on the foot. “Caly” is a long boot that goes well up the calf. The boot has a zip along the entire inner side and an elasticated insert on the outer side. It is lined with the finest lamb’s wool lining, which is soft, warm, and comfortable to step into. The boots have a non-slip rough rubber sole, which makes them perfect for use in nature and on slippery roads. In addition to combining both functionality and comfort, the “Caly” boot is also truly beautiful. A classic and exquisite design with plenty of wow factor. A boot for life. The fit is completely normal. There is good width in the foot and the shaft is spacious. The boot is water-repellent while also having a high rubber sole. The seal skin should not be treated with anything other than water for cleaning. Unisex model available in sizes 35-43 EU.
The seal skin is caught, tanned and produced in Greenland. Sole and seal skin are assembled in Portugal.
Great Greenland’s shoe and boot sizes are very “normal”. The boot should fit snugly around the foot from the start, as the boot will stretch a little + the lamb lining will flatten with use. This has been taken into account in the sizing. Remember, if the size doesn’t fit you, we always exchange with a smile 🙂 If you are between 2 shoe sizes, our experience is that you should choose the smaller of the sizes, unless you generally want more room around your foot.
All natural skins vary in colour shades and seal spots. If you have specific wishes for the look/expression of your boots, please write it in the comment field on your order. We will then do our best to find the right product. (E.g., many spots, as light as possible, as dark as possible, few spots). A very light pair of Caly is shown in the photo here.
