ALPHA, Seal Skin Boot, Natural Harp Seal
“Alpha” seal skin boot, made from beautiful natural harp seal from Greenland. The “ALPHA” boot is the tallest model in our collection. The “Alpha” reaches up to just below the knee. It is lined with the most luxurious lamb’s wool lining, which is soft, warm, and comfortable to wear. The boots have a non-slip chunky rubber sole, which makes them perfect for use in nature and on slippery roads. In addition to combining both functionality and comfort, the “Alpha” boot is also truly beautiful. A classic and exquisite design with plenty of wow factor. A boot for life. The fit is completely normal. There is good width in the foot and the shaft is spacious. The boot’s lacing flap has extra width, so if you have wide calves, the laces can be loosened considerably without the boot flap separating. The boot is water-repellent while also having a high rubber sole. The seal skin should not be treated with anything other than water for cleaning. Unisex model made in sizes 35-46 EU.
The seal skin is caught, tanned and produced in Greenland. The sole and seal skin are assembled in Portugal.
Great Greenland’s shoe and boot sizes are very “normal”. The boot should fit snugly around the foot from the start, as the boot will stretch slightly + the lamb’s wool lining will settle with use. This has been taken into account in the sizing. Remember, if the size doesn’t fit you, we always exchange with a smile 🙂 If you are between 2 shoe sizes, our experience is that you should choose the smaller size.
All natural skins vary in colour shades and seal spots. If you have specific preferences for the look/expression of your boots, simply write it in the comment field on your order. We will then do our best to find the right product. (E.g., many spots, as light as possible, as dark as possible, few spots)
