The seal fur elastic is thus used over the regular elastic for the sake of the look. It can be used alone – but the elastic’s strength and smoothness will not be able to hold the hair tightly for long on its own. The seal fur elastic is fluffy and thick in its appearance, so it easily hides a regular elastic completely underneath. No one will notice the illusion in the hair accessory.
