Jewellery Set with Seal Fur – Silver/Navy

Jewellery set with a beautiful seal fur medallion. It features Greenlandic seal fur on the front of the medallion and an engraved GG logo on the back of the medallion on both the chain and earrings. A substantial set with classic lines. Very becoming and elegant for either everyday wear or special occasions. Both the necklace and earrings are made of stainless steel, with a beautiful gold or silver plating. The most hypoallergenic material on the market. 100% nickel-free. The plating is very durable and will not be affected by bathing, light, or similar activities.

Measurements:

Necklace length: 51 cm.
Medallion pendant: 3 cm. high, 2 cm. wide, 0.5 cm. deep.

Earrings length: 4 cm.
Back pin length: 4.5 cm.
Medallion: 2 cm. wide. 2 cm. high.
Note: Earrings should be used with the included rubber stoppers for the ear posts.

The jewellery set is available in different seal fur colours and with both gold or silver plating. Necklace and earrings can be purchased as a matching set or individually.

We are pleased to welcome curious visitors, customers and tourists to our “GG Visitor Center – The Story of the Seal and Greenland”. In Qaqortoq, you will find both one of our sewing studios and our large tannery, where you can gain insight into the craftsmanship and production behind our products.

If you would like a company visit, a school visit or a guided tour, you are very welcome to contact us.

For cruise ship arrivals or other announced visits, we offer extended opening hours.

In modern Greenlandic society, the seal is still an important part of life and culture. Great Greenland has established a visitor centre to provide information about the seal and its uses. Visitors will understand the seal’s importance to the Greenlandic population through exhibitions and by visiting a living workshop.
